Reflect upon the above words of Bahá’u’lláh as revealed in His Obligatory prayers, and then ask yourself whether the Kingdom of God on earth is destined to have a flawed, imperfect and man-made headless administrative organization, such as put in place by the erstwhile and fallen Hands of the Cause, following the passing of Shoghi Effendi, or whether the future World Commonwealth of Bahá’u’lláh is destined to be based on the divinely-conceived and divinely-appointed System specifically delineated by ‘Abdu’l-Bahá in the sacred and immutable provisions of His Will and Testament with the "Guardian of the Cause of God" and the "sacred head" of the Universal House of Justice and with the institution of the Hands of the Cause? Are we to abandon this sacred and divinely-conceived System that Shoghi Effendi, the first Guardian of the Cause of God, tirelessly and faithfully labored during the course of his 36-year ministry to faithfully establish in conformity with that Will and Testament and whose crowning achievement he had significantly announced in his message of 30 June, 1952 in which he stated: "At the World Center of the Faith, where, at long last the machinery of its highest institutions has been erected, and around whose most holy shrines the supreme organs of its unfolding Order, are, in their embryonic form, unfolding?"

How incredulous it is that the Hands of the Cause, blatantly ignored the foregoing message that clearly showed that Shoghi Effendi had clearly established in the closing years of his ministry, the "highest institutions" —"the supreme organs"—of the Administrative Order that included the Universal House of Justice, albeit perfect and complete in its embryonic form with the provisional title of "International Bahá’í Council" and the Institution of the Hands of the Cause. Was this embryonic Universal House of Justice anything less than a complete institution at its very inception, for has not ‘Abdu’l-Bahá explained, "The embryo possesses from the first all perfections . . . in one word, all the powers — but they are not visible, and become so only by degrees — (BWF p. 313) This being the case, why had Shoghi Effendi not assumed the Presidency of this body himself in accordance with the provisions of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá which designates the Guardian as the "sacred head" of this institution but had, instead, appointed Hand of the Cause, Mason Remey as its President? That was because he had decided to use this institution as the instrument through which he would appoint his successor. And, in order to do this, he carefully retained this embryonic institution as an inactively functioning administrative body under the Presidency of Mason Remey, as attested by him, during the remaining seven years of his ministry so that his appointed successor would then be able to automatically assume the Guardianship upon his passing. This did not however preclude Shoghi Effendi from assigning specific individual tasks to individual members of the Council from time to time.

As the Hands of the Cause had not anticipated that Shoghi Effendi would appoint his successor in this indirect way, and therefore failed to perceive the manner in which he had assured the continuation of the Guardianship, they hastily concluded that he had not been able to appoint a successor and concocted a spurious reason to justify their fateful and tragic conclusion, announced to the Bahá’í world, that Shoghi Effendi had been unable to appoint a successor. In reaching this incredulous decision they faithlessly and shamelessly repudiated major provisions of the sacred and divinely conceived Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá, in which the Bahá’í Administrative Order had been fashioned by "the master-hand of its perfect Architect"—‘Abdu’l-Bahá. They further inexcusably ignored that Shoghi Effendi had stated in "The Dispensation of Bahá‘u‘lláh": "The bedrock on which this Administrative Order is founded is God’s immutable Purpose for mankind in this day."

And how tragic it is that the vast majority of the Bahá’í’s today have been led far astray from the Covenant of Bahá’u’lláh by the leaders that they follow and possess no knowledge of the facts briefly discussed above, and consequently have accepted a seriously flawed, man-made and flagrantly corrupted so-called Bahá’í administrative order illegitimately and ignominiously set up by the heterodox organization, following the passing of Shoghi Effendi, as a hideously deformed and misguided substitute for the divinely-conceived System bequeathed to us by the "Center of the Covenant" ‘Abdu’l-Bahá.

Further detailed information providing incontestable proof that Shoghi Effendi faithfully provided for the continuation of the Guardianship in complete and faithful accordance with the sacred and immutable provisions of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá may be found on my web site.
